Analyze, troubleshoot or resolve technical issues with new or current dsl connections. Remotely configuring and troubleshooting Windstream dsl equipment or simply educating customer on their network connection. Taking ownership of escalated tickets by working with internal departments for quick resolutions while using multiple databases to record interactions.
