For over 30 years I have been working at the intersection of psychotherapy, education, and consultancy. My passion is on nurturing transformational healing and societal well-being. I draw from a diverse spectrum of therapeutic methodologies bridging neuroscience, holistic medicine, yoga therapy, and expressive therapy. My commitment lies in establishing and creating experiences that facilitate profound healing and transformation. I maintain appreciation for evidence-based treatment models, but aim to enhance comprehension of these modalities to better support individuals in their pursuit of self-discovery and authentic alignment. My professional expertise is in trauma, addiction, social justice. Shaped by pivotal experiences early in my career, including the profound impact of the HIV/AIDS crisis, I advocate for nurturing, relational therapeutic environments that promote self-awareness, and invite compassionate inquiry to a greater truth of human potential. In my role as an adjunct professor at Lesley University, I have shared insights and knowledge for over two decades, guiding future therapists through courses like “Treating Addiction,” “Culture and Identity,” and “Clinical Skills.”My role as Chief Clinical Advisor at Integrative Life Network and Right -Turn inc. has been instrumental in developing and implementing holistic curricula for trauma based mental health disorders, mentoring and training clinical teams. Informed by relational cultural theory embodied in the principles of social justice, polyvagal theory, somatic approaches, and systemic approaches, and trained in Family Therapy by the esteemed Cambridge Family Institute, I bring a solid foundation to my healing practice. Certifications in Neuropsychotherapy and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy highlight my dedication to utilizing cutting-edge modalities for holistic healing.Inspired by a commitment to reshaping traditional paradigms in behavioral healthcare, I envision a future characterized by collaborative synergy among healthcare disciplines to foster holistic wellness and social equity. In my consulting role, I promote trauma-informed DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) frameworks within organizations, drawing on my extensive professional background.I also have the honor to co- facilitate spiritual journeys to Teotihuacan with best-selling Gini Gentry, author of ‘Dreaming Down Heaven,’ and former teaching partner with Don Miguel Ruiz. My passion is to guide my clients and students in expanding their consciousness to a greater truth of human potential.
