I'm responsible of optimizing the physical movement & storage of Ground fuels and jet, deliveringthe product at the right quality according to legal and bp standards and regional or industryproduct quality specification and regulations. I also ensure that the regional supply plan is executedin a safe, compliant, reliable and efficient manner.I'm also responsible to create and maintain strong relationship with logistics, related grouporganizations .e.g. bp shipping. and third party transportation, storing and other related serviceproviders.

Develop and update the long term Strategy for Fuels and Supply businesses in Iberia.Support the mid-long term Biofuel strategy definition in Iberia and France in the context of integration with Castellon refinery and rump-up of bio obligation.Align with BP Group, BP Spain position on Biofuel future legislation and support it with local NOIA as bp representative in AOP biofuel commission.

Negotiate and execute supply purchases and sales contracts within the strategic framework.Execute annual demand for Iberia as defined by midterm planning activities.Optimize bio sourcing ensuring right interface with refinery and Trading.Ensure implementation of biofuel strategy accordingly with the changing legislation.Provide input to B2B pricing based on international and local market calls and support customer contract negotiations

Accountable for the execution of B2B pricing in Iberia in alignment with approved policies and guidelines including necessary analytical support.Monitoring compliance with policies and guidelines for sales contracts and the support of Commercial team in the deal management process.Provide pricing expertise to the operating units and lead the capability development in the pricing area.Implement and continuously improve tools and processes.

Coordination with Global Design Team to ensure local requirements aligned with Global Template.Understanding of Pricing Design and how it fits with business requirements.Business Readiness Plan as a document which covers design issues as well as a list of actions which needs to be taken by business to mitigate identified impacts.Support scenarios definition (string &integrated) as well as converted data requirement to run them.Delivery testing process and organize it for end users in the final phase.Training development and delivery.

Definition of business strategy for Reseller Business, understanding the Brand Value.Responsible for the new business model implementation including monthly progress report to the central team, Newsletter development for communication and engagement, new cost to serve calculation and monitorization.

Responsible for setting up the B2B Customer Service including front offices and back offices activities, KPI’s definition and integration with Sales Team.
