Assessment of all applications submitted to Mortgage Mart from Broker Firms ensuring that theymeet the funder guidelines for Columbus Capital, BC Invest and La TrobeCompleting the loan serviceability and LMI calculations for the chosen lenderEnsuring that sufficient evidence of funds to complete and held to support to applicationOrdering the relevant valuation for the clients existing properties and purchase/constructionpropertiesGenerating the relevant individual and company credit reportsCommunication with the broker to advise what supporting documentation is required to submitthe application to Genworth or FunderEntering the application into Loan App Compiling relevant supporting documentation and forwarded to the Genworth and lender toachieve unconditional approvalMonitoring and following up through regular emails and phone calls to ensure the correct status ofthe file is captured and the broker is regularly update on the status of their application
