Carmen Waters is a Instructional Designer at Hall. Colleagues describe them as "Carmen is a creative thinker who approaches the design elements of e-learning with an eye for clean, engaging, interactive user journeys. I’ve always appreciated her ability to balance the needs of the business with the needs of a customer by assessing the underlying needs of each and focus on behaviors that need to change. In doing so, Carmen’s always expressed her ideas in a project if she believed there might be an even better way to achieve objectives. Whether it was simply applying a different approach, exploring hybrid options that satisfy customer and operational needs, or challenging whether the project is even required. The result of these engagements tested mindsets and in the end produced better results. Throughout her work, Carmen is a team player who gives her best, is professional and doesn’t like to walk away from a project until it’s done right. Carmen has a number of skills and experience that make her a wonderful employee or business partner but of all the good things she has to offer, I have found the following to be areas of strength for her; - recording voice-overs for e-learning narration and other digital assets, - developing interactive e-learning engagements, - animating presentation elements while selecting images that relate to the subject matter, - creating positive stakeholder outcomes and enhancing relationships with clients, - committing to deliver what she has promised.
