I have been working as a designer and also as a manager for almost 20 years, and a big part of that experience is about managing multinational design teams and projects, being always focused on keeping balance between product, design and development, in order to reach company’s goals.I really enjoy craft, but I also love to help others to do their work in the best way, and I guess that makes me one of those rare designers who is happy developing a management role..Over the last years I have been managing design projects in different countries over three continents (Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Belgium, UK, France, USA, Brasil, Panama, Paraguay, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Hong Kong, Taiwan...) with teams from different international companies, like Ideo, Adaptive Path, Continuum, Gravity or Fjord.
