As a Talent Acquisition HR coordinator my integral role is supporting the recruiting function, and contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. Prior to joining Montclair State, I worked in diverse industries primarily in positions within Human Resources. In my prior role at Lowenstein Sandler, I served as a Career Development Coordinator, which entailed enhancing the Firm’s Attorney Mentoring Program and coordinating the online attorney performance review process. I also worked at the Hertz Corporation as a Recruiting Coordinator. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in History in 2005 from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. As a student, my thesis “The Rise and Fall of Silk City” focused on our nation’s first manufacturing in Paterson, NJ. I was inspired by the magnificence of the local silk factories’ architecture and how industry evolved to more advanced technological methods. I am passionate about home renovation and design as well as preserving the integrity of original architecture. Equally, my technical skills contribute directly to process improvement, efficiency and developing new ideas. A vision is my means to which I attempt to fulfill my desire for creating. Whether work related or taking on a home improvement project; I take great pride in the results of any project I take on.
