Dear LinkedIn friends and colleagues,My name is Carmen, I am a Mechanical Engineer and I would like to introduce myself quickly with these lines.My first real work experience related to the engineering field happened in 2010, when I obtained an internship at the R&D department of TDK, in Spain. I worked there until the end of 2011.After this, I had the opportunity to move to Germany and start a new professional period working for the automotive industry. From 2012 to 2015 I worked as a Product Engineer for RLE International and Lear Corporation. Here I learned about how the automotive world works and also got experience with CAD design in Catia V5.in 2015 I changed my position and worked as a Program Manager for the Electrical department in Ford Motor Company. In this position I have learnt how to manage and coordinate different teams, from the very first concept of the vehicle until mass production. My social and management skills greatly improved thanks to this.In 2018, I took a new challenge and now i work as a System Engineer Manager for GKN Driveline for e-drive, where I currently work and continue learning. This position allows me to merge back my engineering and management skills.I love studying, specially languages. After getting both English and German C1 Certificates, and achieving B1 levels of Italian and French, I started to learn Polish and Arabic as a hobby. Furthermore, in May I finished a MBA with the RFH and UEL to further develop myself in the Program Management area in relation with Engineering.I hope you know me a little better and enjoy this brief presentation.Best regards,Carmen Olea Sánchez
