• Project Director of the global platform, the International Bioeconomy Forum, an ongoing, continuous dialogue for different sectors across academia, government, and industry to talk about opportunities and challenges.

A part-time fellowship for the National Science Policy Network's Science Diplomacy Exchange and Learning (NSPN SciDEAL). As part of the UK Science and Innovation Network, the SciDEAL team will put together a review of US strategy on STEM workforce development for the UK Government, to inform comparative policy analysis and generate recommendations.

Thailand

• Organized two sessions, a special interest course on U.S. policy and a panel on education and diversity, which included recruiting panelists, fielding questions, planning session materials, and coordinating breakout.
• Met with representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok and the U.S. Embassy in Laos to advocate for basic science and education.
• Developed, launched, and managed Fulbright Noir’s social media event in collaboration with Fulbright’s Instagram page, viewed by over 81,000 followers.
• Designed curriculum for 360 low-income Thai students (14–19-year-old). Drafted PowerPoint presentations for class instruction.

Anthropology Department | Ancient DNA Lab

• Conducted statistical analysis on 70 chimpanzee and bonobo genomes for master’s thesis project, identifying 15 genes impacting territorial warfare and aggression.
• +2 years using R to perform primate genomics selection scans.
• +2 years in statistical analysis and data modeling (e.g., regression, t-test, ANOVA, Bayesian modeling, and survival analysis).
• +2 years in AWS cloud computing services.
• Wrote literature reviews on aggression and warfare strategies between humans and nonhuman primates.

• Studied metacognition and higher-order thinking abilities in macaque monkeys at the Language Research Center in Decatur, Georgia, USA.
