•Directly responsible for managing all equipment sales contracts, existing sales contract commitments and equipment orders •Manage customer visits and sales meetings for assigned territory•Achieve company goals and increase overall company profitability•Responsible to be up to date and have strong product knowledge of the material handling equipment•Prepare analysis as needed to evaluate specific customer & overall market trends•Recommend changes to sales policies and procedures in conjunction with Product Marketing•Monitor equipment forecast data received from the regional sales managers, distributors, and subsidiaries•Understanding and Management of Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service functions•Organize communications between internal departments, distributors, subsidiaries, and corporate sales.•Manage sales proposals and contract activity including proper machine application, specifications, delivery commitments, financing, after-sales support, availability guarantees, extended warranties, vendor support, etc.•Assist management with the monthly sales forecast preparation and make equipment build/purchase recommendations as needed to meet annual equipment sales plan.•Maintain relationships with National, Regional, and Major Accounts
