As a Digital Marketing Trainee, my job was to manage and grow the social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram, under the guidance of the CEO of the company.Therefore, I created content for the campaigns, improved the brand identity and engagement on the social media, and I also did a great deal of market research.I learned how to use new tools, how to create an email marketing campaign and also a social media campaign. I was also introduced to the SEO part of this field, which I liked and was also really helpful.

I was a volunteer for AIESEC for two mandates. For the first mandate, I was a member of IGET (Incoming Global Entrepreneurs & Talents), a department meant to attract volunteers from other countries as interns in companies from Romania (cities around Cluj, more specifically) or to help companies from Cluj-Napoca find foreign employees.I got to meet the HR departments of multiple companies from Cluj-Napoca, I learned how to research the market and how to present and sell a product.I also learned how to use LinkedIn, how to interview candidates, how to manage certain situations that might go wrong. I was in permanent contact with the volunteers and the other departments.Because I got to meet all of the volunteers, show them around and help them accommodate, I got to form friendships that exist to this day. It is the same reason that I applied to IGV for my second mandate in the organization. IGV stands for Incoming Global Volunteers, and my job in this department was to find opportunities and accommodation for the applying candidates. From cold-calling different schools to going through the process of interviewing and helping candidates with information, me and my team did everything. It was very challenging, but very helpful at the same time. I am grateful for having the opportunity to be a part of this organization that has taught me so much and that has impacted my life to this day.
