In charge of leading around 40 extremely talented professionals who are part of the 3 digital marketing units at Triboo Group: Digital Advertising, SEO and Email Marketing/CRM. Coordinating directly with the Head of each unit, we support top clients within different industries (including e-commerce, luxury, fashion & FMCG) in their full funnel digital marketing activities, optimizing traffic acquisition and maximizing conversions and ROAS. Having P&L responsibilities, other key aspects of my role include designing and driving a cross-units new business agenda as well as HR management.

This includes full P&L management and new business management across e-commerce and digital marketing verticals. During its first 3 years of activity, and despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, the company has shown a double digit % YOY growth across all the main key business metrics (revenues, EBITDA, team and new business growth) and successfully started KSA marketplaces operations in late 2021.

GAE Agency is an international boutique digital media consultancy firm; clients list include key global players across different industries such as OTA, fashion and e-commerce, and across multiple markets. Based in Dubai, I was in charge of re-designing the internal processes and structure while the agency was facing a rapid business growth and of driving operational efficiency across all the accounts by supporting the cross disciplined teams providing top level guidance. As the company was currently expanding its footprint in MENA, I was also driving its new business development activities in the region.

Based in Dubai, I was in charge of the growth of DCG ME across the UAE and GCC markets. I consulted key regional brands across different industries (including retail, transportation, f&b, hospitality) on digital transformation related activities, and led the internal and external teams that design and execute digital marketing strategies for our clients.Reporting directly to the Group’s CEO, I was also running the new business development activities in the region, as well as establishing a reliable network of business partners.
