Lover of learning and discovery, I taught high school Chemistry and experienced firsthand the importance of ongoing development and support for professionals. With this in mind, I pursued my PhD with a focus on professional learning that equips individuals to continue to grow and do their best work. Now I support Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering researchers to develop their skills as communicators, educators, and collaborators who are expanding the field of optoelectronics.
