I am working with Watford & Three Rivers Trust until October 2015, implementing and managing two projects and associated staff:- Five Ways Friends is a service providing older peoples' wellbeing clubs across Watford Borough and Three Rivers District. The funding from Herts County Council lasts until March 2017.- Herts Help Guidance in the Home is a new County-wide service providing information and guidance to vulnerable older people through home visits. Also funded by Herts County Council, it runs to March 2017.
