• Tutored students in the introductory computer science course (CSCI 127) and data structure and algorithms courses (CSCI 135, CSCI 235) to help them understand fundamental programming concepts in Python and C++.

• Modernized an internal ASP.NET web application in a team with two other interns by porting it to ASP.NET Core and migrating it to an internal cloud platform.• Designed and implemented a feature that streamlined a process which reduced the time spent on the process and provided better user experience. • As part of a global team of 15 cybersecurity interns, implemented a more secure way of using token-based authentication for proof-of-possession and on-behalf-of API security patterns (RFC 7800).

• Provided end-user support by helping staff and patrons troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various Windows, Mac, mobile, and printing devices. • Developed excel macros to automate timesheet system, which decreased user errors and time spent updating records. • Supported over 200 Windows machines by keeping software up-to-date and by resolving technical issues.
