In the beginning stages of developing a new 20 acre independent living campus.

Enlarged the planned giving program from 12 members to 40 members within the first 12 months. Wrote policy and procedures for the Development Department. Developed and implemented a planned giving program strategic plan for the next 5 years. Received the community's first million dollar gift that established a chaplaincy endowment program.

Innovated and launched new marketing programs that raised the facility's census to 95% with a waiting list. Worked with management and corporation to develop and introduce an Alzheimer's Unit. Unit was full with a waiting list within 6 months. Functioned as the ambassador to the community. Served on multiple boards in the surrounding counties.

Instructor of Introduction to Sociology courses offered

New facility with intermediate, skilled and assisted living. Facility was 95% full in 16 months. Provided counseling to residents and families.
