Be responsible for the management of “QIN NING SHUI”brand1.New product development –NPD of the premium line of “QIN NING SHUI”brand independently-- With a good command of marketing knowledge 3C, STP, 4P, be accountable for delivering the new product from the concept, product positioning, packaging design and flavor etc.2. The existing star product management and renewal-- renew “QIN NING SHUI” to maintain the heavy users-- analyze data relevant to near water category performance for brand review and seeking the new business opportunity3. Consumer research planning ,implementation and analysis-- “QIN”brand qualitative and quantitative survey -- implement the U&A research regularly 4. brand communication planning and execution (cooperation with the “media “department)

Assist Product Manager in outlining yearly / quarterly marketing plan/strategy and implement it to ATL & BTL campaignsBTL:1. Exhibitions organizations ,such as Shanghai Hotelex &HK restaurant and bar2. Brand ambassador project3. Sponsorship event: improve brand awareness and achieve the potential business by sponsoring the products to “French wine sommelier competition “and 5 star hotels etc.ATL:1.Daily wechat management and regularly CRM activation

1.New product development and existing product management--Assist product manager in tracking all the process of new product development, e.g., develop product concept, refine target consumer, packaging design, catch copy, the content and packing’s research and development .etc. --Work with sales and factory to do manufacturing forecast & stock management 2.Brand management --Conduct new product launch campaigns to improve first trial and brand awareness --Assist Product Manager in outlining yearly / quarterly marketing plan/strategy and implement it to ATL & BTL campaigns--Initiate marketing and CRM campaigns to recruit and retain loyal consumers according to yearly strategy. -- Plan and implement co-brand cooperation -- Prepare analytical data relevant to each category performance, individual product history for Brand review 3.BTL promotional activities planning and execution -- Plan 1+3（this month and next three month）promotional activities and check the CP executed by MO -- Plan & execute the events to build up brand preference -- Work closely with sales team to have feedback and tracking after trade campaign launching and come up with campaign reporting -- Make the promotional gift(GWP) and other promotional tools
