Contract Support Technician
Current• Manage all contract information in our e-Builder system from start to finish• Eliminated unnecessary contract paperwork, re-organized, and downsized the filing system by about 60% • Analyze and clarify invoices if necessary to ensure that contractors’ quantities requiring payment are in compliance• Assess contractor paperwork to verify all appropriate information for payment is supplied• Handle invoices and forward to accounting for payment • Examine accounts and ensure that payments are made without duplication• Diagnose and amend specific contract related issues • Establish and maintain personnel folders, time and attendance records and files for all contracts• Maintain the archive records of all files in chronological and alphabetical order• Organize and distribute new contract packages to Contract Managers and Inspectors for supervision• Answer and direct telephone calls and mail to appropriate person for assistance • Negotiate and purchase office supplies• Maintain electronic meeting calendar • Operate standard office equipment, to include personal computers, printers, scanners, plotter, copiers, fax machines, and labeling machines• Support internal and external customers daily
