Helm Coffee is an LGBTQ+, women-owned coffee roaster in Indianapolis, IN. Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of coaching and consulting engagements in each of the firm's three primary practice areas: strategy, leadership, and change.

Communications: Lead all communications efforts for Vail Resorts, including corporate and crisis communications. Oversee all PR efforts for the industry-changing Epic Pass, for thirty-seven mountain resorts across three different countries, and for the company’s numerous ancillary businesses, including hospitality, retail, and real estate. Marketing Operations: Lead process design, program and project management, change management and communication for the go-to-market process.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I served as an advisor, gatekeeper, strategist, and implementer. I collaborated with the CEO, the company’s Executive Committee, and other senior leaders to define, develop, pursue and manage enterprise-wide goals, projects, initiatives, and events.

In this role, I provided general counsel to the company’s Mountain Division leaders on a wide variety of legal and operational issues, including risk management, public lands issues, regulatory and legislative matters, local community and government relations, contract disputes, company best practices, and employee training.
