- Complete independent, client facing research projects—discovering, tailoring and analyzing insights from academic research studies and collaborating with our consulting team to aid our Fortune 100 & 500 clients in a wide range of engagements, such as: • Change management, organizational development, leadership development, building high performing teams.- Assisted (facilitation, post-workshop report) for a two day in-person, off-site HR executive leadership development workshop for a Fortune 100 global airline client. Facilitated half of the executives over two days on my own, with Innovative Thought’s President facilitating the other half.- Participated in live interviews of 32 senior executives (Vice Chair, Partners, Managing Directors) of a global Fortune 100 professional services client. Took notes while in all interviews and asked questions and provided insights during interviews where applicable. Collected, summarized and analyzed all the responses from hours of interviews, found the common themes and pain points, and helped the Innovative Thought team advise the client with recommendations for improvement and change.- Co-authored the firm's whitepaper on “Maximizing Capabilities in a Complex Organization.” This whitepaper has directly brought in new business for the firm, and has been lauded by our clients.

- Completed in-depth, vigorous literature review research projects for internationally recognized Organizational Psychologist and author Dr. Tasha Eurich’s upcoming book "Shatterproof" (coming April 1, 2025). Dr. Eurich is the New York Times bestselling author of "Insight" and "Bankable Leadership", and her third book "Shatterproof" is likewise predicted to become a New York Times bestseller. I completed research projects on topics such as: • The Philosophical and Religious Origins of Resilience, Post-traumatic Growth, Self Determination Theory.- Completed research projects for Dr. Eurich’s Fortune 500 C-Suite executive coaching clients (and an NBA head coach). These projects often focused on teamwork and self-awareness, and were tailored to each client’s unique situation.

- Elected to VP, then suggested and implemented a successful change of the association’s culture. Convinced fellow student board members to redirect our focus from music majors only and somewhat stuffy events, to a new focus on all music lovers from all majors, increased campus outreach and marketing, and fresh on-campus, inclusive events. As a result of these changes, membership skyrocketed.- Created and hosted these events: • Mock Divisionals: “Divisionals” are the music majors’ midterm and final performances on which most of their grade is based. Organized four events per semester where music majors played their Divisional pieces in a recital hall to a supportive student audience as a way to practice prior to their official performance. Invited non-music majors to join the audience and this increased the bond between all members. *Received feedback from music majors that this event series calmed their nerves and helped them to perform better come their official Divisionals, and feedback from non-music majors that they were elated to be allowed behind the curtain to see a world of music they didn’t know existed. • Sunset Socials: Bi-weekly events where students came together to socialize, eat, and play instruments with each other while watching the sunset. These quickly became our most popular events, and directly led to increased outreach and membership.

- Year round coached and led grades 6-12 Special Needs basketball, flag football, softball, and soccer. Created an environment of sportsmanship, empathy and accountability as the leader of the team. Started as volunteer and progressed to paid position.- Conducted 3 weekly practices, created diverse drills and gameplans.- Called the plays during weekly games; learned to adapt gameplan in the heat of the moment, to set an example of calm and respectful conduct when things go wrong or during a loss, and to assertively yet respectfully communicate with referees.- Learned how to tailor and adapt coaching style to each individual to maximize and fulfill each player’s potential.- Formed close, lasting relationships with students and faculty.

- Ran the shop while the owner was absent, and delegated tasks to employees to maximize shop efficiency. - Facilitated over 1,000 individual shop rentals. Helped our customers (many of whom were traveling from different countries, so I learned a lot about different cultures) assess what rental option would be the most personally useful to them, and then made it happen.- Balanced the books at the end of each month to present to the owner.- Worked here in the summers.
