Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails related to safety information, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, recall related calls, and/or other miscellaneous calls, from consumers, health care professionals, and sales representatives. Accurately document the call within the Safety Call Center (SCC) database. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project specific safety plans, and adhere to all data privacy guidelines, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP), regulatory guidelines, company and project/program-specific procedures for clinical trials and/or post-marketing safety programs.• Comply with all project and client-specific timelines and documentation requirements, as well as all regulatory timelines.• Manage cases/workload in an organized manner using timelines or other project specific requirements as a guide to prioritization.• Assist with peer review/monitoring of documentation and/or call recordings, as designated.• Maintains understanding and compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), global drug/biologic/device regulations, GCPs, ICH guidelines, GVP, project/program plans and the drug development process. Therapeutic area(s) experiences include: Central Nervous System (pain, psychiatry, neurology),Gastrointestinal, Women's Health, Dietary Supplements, Ophthalmology, Dermatology - Cosmetic Enhancement, Oncology• Other duties include staff call monitoring, training new employees on databases used in the call center and daily case report reconciliation.

-Ambulatory nursing in various outpatient clinics including: Pulmonary & Allergy, Nephrology & Urology, International Feed Team, & ENT.-Job duties; obtain patient history, administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the provider, surgical teaching, discharge teaching, assist provider with procedures.
