MLS graduate with twenty years of library experience. In addition to the library, I have fourteen years of banking experience. My experiences range in reference and customer services, management, supervision, and community liaison. • Reference and customer service – Readers Advisory, assisting patrons with reference needs. As Building supervisor and reference librarian at Plaza library I supervise full and part-time staff members. also responsibile for the security and daily running of all library functions.• Management and supervision – Supervised 55 volunteers system wide at 4 different library locations and a bookmobile. I interviewed, trained and placed them in the appropriate departments and will evaluate them on an ongoing basis.
