Manage, research, plan and execute resource development through grant writing to support the mission of the Boys & Girls Club. Collect data, create reports, coordinate surveys, draft narratives, and communicate with funders. Additionally, provide program supports for teens at the Club and in the community who are navigating post-secondary plans and options. Advise the Club's Youth of the Year program and serve as a co-lead on the Greater Wausau Youth Hiring, Career & College Fair committee, engaging 2,000 local teens annually with over 100 college, career and service representatives.

Served as a member of the Northcentral Technical College School-to-Work Partnership and served on the United Way Partnership for Youth committee.
