Recruited, developed, trained, scheduled and encouraged a team of over 60 men and women who mentored residents (inmates) at River City Correctional Center as well as Jobs Plus Associates from the community who desired Christian mentorship for the purpose of breaking the cycle of poverty and despair and creating long-term, sustainable life-change physically, socially, mentally and spiritually.Developed systems and collaborated with case managers to secure housing and employment opportunities for JobsPlus clients. Provided daily group transportation by van to several job locations. Scheduled facilitators to teach JobsPlus classes and tracked participants and ENDs.

After moving to Cincinnati I joined the team at City Gospel Mission. As a coordinator at "Having the Courage to Change" we implemented a 7-Phase Recovery Program. The program includes structured, transitional living to women seeking recovery from life-controlling behaviors. The 7 phases of the program include a holistic focus with life-skills training, staff mentoring, bible study, exercise & nutrition, education & vocational training, financial counseling, parenting skills training, recreational activities, volunteer opportunities.
