- Lead design tools direction on software - create interior design through client's requirement, generating 720 render, estimates, sales sheet and technical drawing for constructions - market research on functions and tools on customer user experience for design software - manage design team to complete project on time and on budget - Create high profile design for custom luxurious homes through the usage of design software to gain winning projects

- lead design directions on various custom residential and commercial projects- select finishes packages within budget and coordinate with various departments to ensure budget target is met- create construction drawing packages to build and coordinate with project manager- constant site visit to communicate with site supervisor in order to ensure smooth construction
