Hola, thank you for checking out my profile! I moved to the U.S. 10 years ago from the beautiful country of Honduras. As a native Spanish speaker I jump at any opportunity to utilize my bilingual skills. I'm an extrovert and I love listening to people's stories, connecting people across my different circles. I enjoy being resourceful to others and help them find solutions.My current role the Summit County NEXT program allows me to lead our Success Coaches to assist people experiencing the benefits cliff. Our goal is to provide retention and supportive services for recently employed individuals who have experienced a decline in public assistance caused by an increase in household earnings. We want to assist people navigate these life changes, stay employed, improve their situations and become self-sufficient. A personal and professional goal I have is to bring light to those I encounter day to day and to always see the best in people.
