Yogaramics is a unique daylong workshop developed by Carol Conway and Elaine Fallon combining yoga, relaxation techniques and pottery making. This event is designed as a pure "Me day" where participants get to stretch, breathe, create and eat cake! The Wheel is a support and representative body connecting community and voluntary organisations and charities across Ireland. Established in 1999, The Wheel has evolved to become a resource centre and forum for the community and voluntary sector.

Carol developed and delivered accredited Leadership training for young people aged between 16 - 25. Along with a committed team and wonderful groups of motivated young people, she facilitated 125 young people through the programme over five years. I joined the Parents Alone Resource Centre (now Doras Bui) to co-ordinate the delivery of the Solas project, a European Integra funded project providing pre-employment skills to lone parents who had been distanced from the labour market and assist them to access the increasing opportunities presented at that time by an economy in growth mode.
