About Carol Criner

I currently serves as a Senior Vice President for the Technology business at HCLTech. My focus includes creating strategic growth and building strong customer relationships. I have worked for and with some of the industry’s top decision-makers who have counted on me to grow the business in some pretty challenging circumstances, including turnarounds and entry to market situations. Throughout my career, I have focused on delivering business growth, developing strong business relationships and spearheading new product development. With experience in both multi-billion dollar companies and start-up/mid-sized organizations, I thrive in growth oriented environments that requires rapid change.I serve as Board Chair of The Global Foodbanking Network (food banking.org). GFN supports partners in more than 50 countries to redirect surplus, healthy food to those who need it. In 2022, our network provided nutrition to more than 40 million people. As a Board, we travel annually to visit food banks globally, which keeps us personally connected to GFN's mission.I also serve as Steering Committee Chair and founding member of HCLTech's Americas Women Connect Network. WCN focuses on networking, mentorship, skill-building, and empowering women at every level of HCLTech.
