I’ve been in the business of helping people for my entire career. I was a young mother of four when I earned a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology and LPC certification in 1995 and since that time I’ve been fortunate to be engaged in very rewarding career endeavors focused on empowering both companies and the individuals within them as they manage daily challenges and meet life goals. I’ve worked in academic, governmental, and corporate roles ranging from counselor and instructor, clinical case manager, to sales and agency management. In addition to the LPC certification, I am also a licensed securities professional, holding both series 6 and 63 certifications (inactive), and a licensed life and health insurance advisor most recently specializing in educating and assisting Medicare beneficiaries. Today, I am focused on helping employers bring profoundly meaningful resources to their employees and their families who are facing the challenges of a chronically ill and/or aging family member. I am (still) a mother to four beautiful married daughters, a devoted CC to 8 very special grandchildren, and partner to Gary, with whom I share sunsets in Birmingham, Alabama and Pensacola Beach, Florida.
