Projects ranged from fractional CRO/Sales Leader, building partnership programs, implementing sales processes, CRM/Tech Stack recommendations, and all aspects of digital transformation. At Premise Data, I spearheaded efforts to deliver actionable insights and results (and ARR) on a global scale. I built a GTM strategy for CPG clients and ideated, launched, and led Premise Women's ERG (Employee Resource Group) - including quarterly speakers and monthly meetings to build collaboration, community, connection, diversity, inclusivity, and mentorship. I've led sales teams and initiatives at Turnkey STEAM Labs (an EdTech start-up I launched after identifying a gap in STEAM access at Chicago Public Schools), House Party, and Jupiter Research honing my digital transformation skills, GTM strategy creation/execution, business/partnership development, and data & analytics chops. At Miller Heiman, I built a channel partner program and led the team in sales process delivery and partner growth. My leadership crosses several industries including ad tech, data & analytics, digital, experiential, influencer, market research, sales process, and technology.
