I have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities, University of São Paulo (USP), completed at the end of 2018. I have courses in the area of ​​Integrated Management Systems, Workplace Safety, Multimedia and Information Technology.Since February 2019, I have been working in an integrated manner between the administrative, financial and operational sectors of a technology startup, operating with the maintenance of management process flows, and managing different control on-line platforms. Besides to creating, synthesizing and requesting quality improvement proposals for the company's main products.In 2018, I ended my internship at Subprefecture Jabaquara, where I worked in the Projects and Works Coordination, developing tasks related to public management of green areas, urban cleaning and urban infrastructure works. I worked on the development of plants for new projects, inspections of trees on public sidewalks, administrative activities and control and inspection of services.Considering all my work experiences I was able to acquire even more self-knowledge, highlighting qualities such as adaptability, flexibility and ethical behavior. I was able to work in a team, to discuss about different ideas, to think strategically, to solve problems and I was very willing to help my co-workers, in order to contribute with their individual growth and seek greater efficiency and increase the optimization of the institution's processes. I also observe the development of expressive aspects of leadership, empathy and self-motivation.
