I proudly serve the Northwest Indiana and greater Chicago area as a bilingual (English and Spanish) couple and family therapist. Working with individuals, couples and families seeking to take ownership of their mental and relational health is my passion. My ideal client or client system is Spanish speaking or English speaking and is willing to collaborate with me to maximize potential in all areas of life. Clients curious to explore how the narratives of their cultural upbringing shape their relationship with self and others are welcome. Couples and romantic client systems looking to improve the relationship and understand each other better are welcome. Families looking to develop healthier minds together are welcome.I have experience helping couples, individuals and families reach therapy goals using emotion focused therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, mindfulness, intergenerational family therapy and trauma informed therapy.Sometimes the most important work involves bravely looking inward at ourselves and I am here to be by your side through that work.
