Carolina Puig is a music business professional with more than seven years of experience in the industry. She began her career at Warner Music Latina working in business development, digital marketing and digital sales for both the US Latin market and the Latin American region. In business development, Carolina worked in a variety of direct to consumer projects focused on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and user engagement, utilizing emailing and social media platforms as tools to reach new audiences. Alongside her coworkers, they led the initiative of merging all the Facebook accounts for the LatAm region and supervised the creation of original content for the territories. Carolina also oversaw the relationship with local streaming services for the Caribbean. In a great team, she worked the digital release strategies for the US market for artists such as Laura Pausini, Pablo Alborán, Jesse & Joy, De La Ghetto, Zion & Lennox, Piso 21 and more! Carolina also managed the relationships between Warner Music Latina and different digital accounts such as Deezer, Tidal, Soundcloud, Smule and coordinated efforts to promote and grow the label’s playlist brand, Topsify, in Spotify and across other streaming platforms. Carolina also spearheaded, ROOMS, an original content series in YouTube highlighting the creation process of hits for different artists in the label. She coordinated the whole production of each episode from beginning to end and developed the digital release strategy. In 2019, Carolina was recruited by The Orchard and currently oversees the YouTube optimization and engagement strategies for major Latin artists’ YouTube channels, providing insights and working closely with artists' management to align video release efforts to the overall releases' strategies. The most prominent releases included Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma”, “Que Tire Pa' 'Lante”, "Problema," and many more.
