I began my career in 2007 as an art director/designer, but it was in 2009 that I entered the world of digital marketing. I started at the Regional Directorate of Senac Santa Catarina, implementing the organization's digital channels throughout the state. I also managed the Social Media team at Locaweb for 5 years, the Resultados Digitais/RD Station team for 3 years, and the Social Media and Influencers team at Loja Integrada (VTEX SMB) for 2 and a half years.I am an advertising professional with specializations in Fashion and Marketing Management, as well as Digital Media Communication Management. Currently, I am pursuing studies in Neuroscience and Applied Psychology at Mackenzie University.Since I began my career in digital marketing, I have managed suppliers, agencies, and had a total of 15 direct reports. I have been involved in 4 rebrandings and have worked on various aspects from branding to lead generation using social media. Additionally, I have created several activations and real-time actions in both owned and sponsored events.Today, I work with strategic planning, content management, campaign launches, ambassador and influencer collaborations, social listening, event activations, and brand positioning on social media.In parallel, I take all my day-to-day learnings to the stage. I am a speaker and the author of the book "How to Ruin Your Company in Just 140 Characters," published by Novatec in 2011.I have spoken to over 15,000 people in Brazil and Portugal at events like RD Summit, Social Media Week, Campus Party, Sebrae, Senac, Booking.com, among others.
