In my current role, I lead the STEP program at TechSoup, focusing on fostering trusted partnerships across a diverse range of grant-making organizations, philanthropic support and civil society organisations.At TechSoup, I serve in a strategic, cross-departmental leadership capacity aimed at identifying and cultivating development and partnership.

• Presented the GuideStar model and framework to civil society leaders, government officials and academics in over 16 countries.
• Organised 3 GuideStar International Assemblies, convening over 100 senior participants from approximately 20 countries.

• Managed team of researchers and communication and marketing professionals.
• Responsible for reporting against objectives to board.
