Built, owned and managed a portfolio of beach rental properties located in the Outer Banks, North Carolina. In 2021, took advantage of a strong real estate market for investment properties and sold the entire portfolio, setting three regional real estate records. Highest and second highest sale price per square foot, and highest sale price per square foot to proximity of oceanfront. My last investment property closed on January 27, 2022, exactly 10 years to the day since I bought the first one.

Managed the International Financial Planning & Analysis Unit, a reporting function responsible for compiling/reporting Citigroup's results on a geographic basis, for use within the quarterly earnings statements (2006-2008). Program Director in Audit & Risk Review (Internal Audit) managing audits in the broker dealer businesses. Also, Chief Auditor of Citibank Canada (2002-2006).

Responsible for developing and monitoring various risk management controls and procedures in the New York office.

Role included Accounting oversight and responsibility for all of the European offices, plus the branches located in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Johannesburg.

Managed the audits of various international banks and broker dealers. Role included a two year posting to the New York office, and several shorter assignments working in Russia and Estonia.
