As part of her HR function, she was heavily involved in recruitment both internally as well dealing with external suppliers, as a result she very quickly recognised a gap in the market for an Independent Consultancy who understand the needs of both clients and candidates alike in order to deliver a customised and personal service.Arlington have expertise within a number of industries and Caroline and her team cover all sectors from Junior roles to Senior management in all areas of Aministration, Sales and Finance.As an HR Specialist, Caroline is also able to offer a consultancy service to clients which is a key factor that sets Arlington apart from the rest.With Caroline’s passion Arlington are dedicated to ‘getting it right’.
