Senior Hris Analyst
CurrentAnalyzes the information needs for various human resources functions and proposes solutions including designing and generating reports and programs from Workday. Maintaining the integrity of data in the HRIS, developing and documenting consistent and appropriate data coding structures, and training HRIS users in the proper application of codes and other data entry conventions. Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects. Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
