***DAY TO DAY ACTIVITES***•Creation of Resource Group Via Azure Portal.•Configure Availability Set and Availability Zone for redundancy.•Apply Tags to Resource Group and Resources and to Individual Resources.•Apply Lock to any Resource to Lock any Modification and Deletion.•Creation of Azure VM’s with the help of Azure portal.•Capture, Schedule VM Snapshot.•Decommission of Azure VM as per change process.•Collect data from Azure Virtual Machine with Azure Monitor.•Monitoring Disk, RAM, CPU Utilization.•Troubleshoot VM Boot issue, Access issue, Connectivity issue etc.•Creation of Azure V-Net using Azure Portal.•Configure V-Net Peering in Virtual Networks.•Migration Azure VM to One V-Net to another V-Net.•Identifying the issue at Azure Network level and try to resolve. If needed escalate to Microsoft and coordinate with them.•Implementation Azure File Share.•Basic knowledge on Load Balancer, Application and Traffic Manager.•Handling L2 request from client side related to Azure IAAS. On-Premises Active Directory.• Providing Support for Virtual Machine issue like Power On/Off, Restart, Performance Check.•Provide Support for Users via Phone or chat and accurately record a detailed description of issue at hand in the IT Service Management Ticketing System (BMC Remedy) and perform remote Troubleshooting through MS-Teams, LogMeIn and resolve the issue within SLA.

***DAY TO DAY ACTIVITES***•Working on auto generated incidents, Service request on Data- Center environment.•Morning Health checks.•Planning and execution Infrastructure critical change based on impact analysis.•Highlighting and migration for current infrastructure Risk and Setup.•Installing and Maintain Windows Servers 2012, 2016 2019.•Mounting Rack Servers, Blade Chassis and Blade Servers (Dell, IBM, SUN, HP).•Support, Monitor and Troubleshooting Software, Hardware and Networking problems of Servers.•Manage all Servers, OS and Software inventory.•Asset inventory, Vendor coordination, Warranty, Services and Support.•Troubleshooting the Hardware and Network issues.•Maintain Backup Tapes and Manage.•Server RAID configuration, Firmware and ILO / IDRACK upgradation.•Configuration of NIC Teaming.•Performing Online\Offline Disk replacement activity.•Carry out different Hardware replacement activity with the help of Vendor.•Follow up with Users (Owners) / Vendors for scheduled activity.•Co-Ordinate with varies Venders mostly with HP and Dell for any OS / Hardware issues and miscellaneous outage.•Troubleshooting the application and providing end-users for doing their job more efficiently. •Troubleshoot live user queries through Telephone and Remote desktop.•Installing and configure Network Printers and provide access to Client.•Coordinating Hardware and Software’s installation and upgrades to ensure to work is performed in accordance with business standers. •Experience in handling Client calls and Applications issues.•Ability to interact to different cross-cultural clients and resolve the technical issue.•Strongly committed to client service with the ability to ensure high quality. •Working on Ticketing Tool: BMC Remedy.
