Trained within the premium business traveller and first class cabins for British Airways. I have shown extreme resilience and flexibility during the covid19 pandemic when I was made redundandant. It was at this time I swapped my high heels for a high viz and I embraced change in my new role on the governments Covid19 Test and Trace programme . As a Mobile Testing Unit Manager I have enjoyed leading and motivating a successful, professional and happy team who delivered service excellence with compassion and empathy during a unique time in global history. I am proud of the contribution I and my team have made in the fight against this global pandemic. I am a “can do person” and now I’m looking for my next exciting challenge!
