As a sales coordinator at CBT Solutions on Demand I am involved in the processing of customer orders from start to finish. I work hand in hand with inside and outside sales to ensure product is shipped to our customer in a timely fashion. This entails placing expedites on product and following up with vendors daily. As well as taking care of any shipping issues which may arise. I compile and distribute weekly reports for customer accounts and work with customers directly on questions they may have regarding their orders. Customers & vendors rely on me to process returns, credits or invoicing as they require. I am involved in locating and gathering information from appropriate sources to assist in solving business issues. There are many tasks as a sales coordinator here at CBT and being able to multi task and manage time to meet customer and vendor needs is very important.
