As a research associate at the University of Birmingham, I work on translational brain science projects that aim to improve the diagnosis and treatment of migraine and headache disorders. I have a strong background in research, having worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Primate Research and as a research intern at the Kenya Wildlife Service, where I contributed to studies on antimicrobial resistance, reproductive health, and wildlife conservation.I pursued a master's degree in biotechnology at Nottingham Trent University, where I applied the latest developments and applications of biotechnology in various fields, such as health, agriculture, and the environment. I have acquired multiple skills and certifications in Minitab, and bioinformatics, which enable me to leverage data and technology to communicate and solve problems effectively. I am passionate about the roles that technology, communication, and data play in the well-being of society, and I am motivated to apply my knowledge and skills to address current and emerging challenges and opportunities.
