Kepak foodservice offer customers full business and marketing support such as menu profitability analysis, point of sale material and serving suggestions.My duties included:- Weekly reporting on Sales, KPI reports and CRM activity for the Foodservice sector.- Timely and accurate preparation of Joint Business Planning information and commercial support for Key Account Meetings and Sales Meetings.- Management of Promotional Process from the setting of tactical and strategic promotions to ensuring Return on Investment.- Forecasting and inventory management by working with both Sales and Supply Chain teams to increase forecast compliance by driving sales and minimizing stock write off.
