As Certification Administrator I contribute to building and maintaining trust & confidence with customers by ensuring that organizations and individuals wishing to certify their products, services, and capabilities are able to do so easily and that their applications and intellectual property are handled promptly, professionally, and confidentially.My responsibilities include:• Administer certification service for the Open Certified Architect and Open Certified IT Specialist programs using defined sets of operational procedures, ensuring candidates understand the requirements and provide the required information.• Provide support and guidance to candidates on progressing through the certification workflow to achieve certification.• Perform review of candidate-submitted materials using checklists detailing what to look for.• Organize certification boards world-wide• Ensure certification boards carry out their interviews and produce the necessary reports on time.• Ensure that results are passed to candidates on time.

• Reception Cover• Filing – Both paper based and electronic• Logging back Certificates of Analysis for samples taken from various sites• Stationary Orders• Data Entry• Operations Co-Ordination for Engineers and Customers• Typing Tank Inspections and Disinfection Certificates• Invoicing – sending out invoices and paperwork via post and email

I left this role at the end of May 2009 due to redundancy but was called back in July 2009 for a fixed term contract until the end of December 2009• Dealing with claimants, Doctors, and solicitors paper based and telephone queries• Managing own diary and workload• Monitoring individual instructions• Entering information on the in-house computer database• Chasing medical reports and responses• Training other members of staff to input appointments on to the in-house database• Dealing with all incoming emails for the GP Team• Providing cover for the GP Team Line Manager• Setting up and dealing with all new instructions for our Ludlow office (I was solely responsible for this for a number of weeks to ensure its transition)
