Caroline is an Associate Solicitor specialising in medical negligence claims on behalf of patients. She has secured many significant settlements in a wide range of medical fields.Having completed her law degree at Warwick University, and her LPC at Nottingham Law School, Caroline initially represented families of the victims of Harold Shipman at the Public Inquiry, before commencing her formal legal contract at R J Kelley (now Alsters Kelley). Since qualifying as a clinical negligence solicitor in 2003, Caroline has developed a keen interest in birth injury claims and she also has a particular interest in claims involving delayed diagnosis of DVT.
