-Assisted the Vice President of Development and Communications in all fundraising events. -Managed all stewardship programs implemented by the development and communications team. -Lead organizer for The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital in-kind donation drive “Holiday Helpers” Campaign runs November 1 – December 31. Basic need item emphasized during campaign, diapers. 100,000 diapers were donated during the 2019 campaign, the most in the campaign’s ten year history. -Acted as lead fundraiser for businesses during Holiday Helpers Campaign. Some businesses include Gulfport Energy, Department of Human Services and Bass Law Firm. Assisted with fundraising efforts for Edmond North High School 2019 BALTO (Bring a Light to Others) project. The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital was selected as the 2019 BALTO candidate. -Lead officer for check in/check out and mobile donating for Miracles on 39th Street Gala. -Created and implemented The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital stewardship matrix for individual donors, as well as businesses and foundations.-Managed all community relations events and speaking engagements such as civic organizations, Community Health Charities events, Combined Federal Campaign events and State of Oklahoma Campaign events.

-Assisted the Director of Advancement in all fundraising and communication events. -Assisted the Director of Advancement in all capital campaigns through fundraising and public relations.
-Created advertising for all print media outlets for events including registration, special events, private school guide, back to school night, and curriculum night. -Obtained, recorded, and acknowledged all charitable donations given to Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School through donor database, Raiser's Edge database. -Acknowledged all charitable donations made to Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School.-Communicated pledge commitments, payments, charitable payroll deduction, and any changes with annual giving through an annual support campaign. -Assisted in capital campaigns including the construction of a $3 million All Girls Sports facility.-Assisted in several special events including Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School’s annual auction.-Assisted in the 2017 rebrand of Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School by creating graphic standards and established a marketing message for the school that aligns with the mission statement.

-Responsible for assisting in all community relations regarding eligible candidates for the Family Expectations program.
-Assisted in communications of program details and eligibility to possible candidates who qualify for the Family Expectations program for expecting mothers and fathers. -Responsible for a certain quota of new candidates to the Family Expectations program monthly.
-Responsible for conducting a full intake of both the expecting mother and father with an intensive questionnaire along with a private interview with both persons.
-Responsible for communicating the needs of the couples to their "family coach" to ensure they received all possible tools they needed to be successful and care for a newborn.

-Assisted Development Director in all fundraising events, capital campaigns, and annual support campaigns.
-Responsible for the recruitment of all volunteers for eight social service programs who were volunteer based.
-Constructed, designed, and wrote quarterly newsletter.-Communicated will all program directors to ensure their volunteer and fundraising needs were being achieved.
-United Way campaign representative for Episcopal Social Services.
-Recruited and brought awareness to Episcopal Social Services by public speaking events throughout the Wichita Kansas Metro area.
-Assisted in the organization of a community 5k race and walk and was responsible for organizing the community 5k race and walk in June 2015 while living in Oklahoma City. -Assisted in Episcopal Social Services fundraising annual auction and gala and was responsible for managing all volunteers for the event.
