MMV is a french company managing residences and hotels situated in ski resorts.Here are the main objectives I was in charge of in this position:- Configuration and operation of the Resalys online holidays booking (CRS) and property management (PMS) software- Internal support for the reservation tool of the company (CRS/PMS)- Internal workshop and training management for Resalys- Definition and implementation of actions, processes and good practices. Redaction of documentation - Product definition and management of new features in the CRS, in collaboration with IT company developers and support team- Implementation of the Booking.com gateway connectivity with the CRS- Implementation of online occupation rights management for property owners- Implementation of a reward program for customers- Implementation of an online UI for partners

Interface Technologies is a french company providing hotel industry key players with e-bookings solutions. ReservIT is a Central Reservation system and an e-distribution interface.What I did during this experience :- Project management- Implementation of the system CRS ReservIT for hotel chains customers- Follow up of the solution implementation for online resellers (Booking, HRS,...)- Study and redaction of functional specifications according to customer requirements- Coordination between customers and internal technical teams - French and international customers support and trainings
