Caroline Yoder has worked in education for over 29 years in all grade levels elementary through high school and has taught all subjects. Caroline has also worked as a child and family therapist specializing in behavior disorders and trauma in children. As an administrator, she started as a special education supervisor overseeing curriculum and instruction and worked to bring about changes to district policy and procedure. She then spent the past 12 years of her career as a high school assistant principal, elementary assistant principal and acting principal of a large suburban high school in New Jersey. In this position, some of her highlights included: overseeing the maintenance and improvements to the building facilities, creating programming to support a higher standard of rigor in the classrooms, and designing alternative programs to meet the needs of a variety of learners. Caroline is passionate about helping her students meet and exceed their academic goals and providing them with the necessary tools to accomplish their dreams.
