Current• Responsible for leading brand positioning, integrated campaign development and agency management for the $250MM+ US HALLS cough drop business. • Own pipeline and P&L management for HALLS’ latest sub-brand innovation, HALLS minis. Oversaw development of media campaigns that have received top tier creative scores and are driving incremental penetration for the brand.• Led annual HALLS brand communications planning for 2023. Collaborated with media partners to solidify target audiences, media tactics and recommended investment levels ($9.9MM total budget). Presented plan to Confectionary division leadership and will be implemented this year.• Serve as the HALLS agency lead, managing 7+ external design, creative, and measurement partners.• Collaborate frequently with cross-functional partners in R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to commercialize new products, owning the process from initial financial assessment to roll out.
