My diverse skills allow me to think in a different, and often a more strategic way. By being able to look at your goals from different angles and draw on a wealth of experience, we can come up with innovative, creative solutions and ideas. This has led me to launch Polaris Tree Consulting. I graduated UK’s St. Nicholas Montessori and Newborough Montessori. My 1st business the Montessori School for Children operated for 13 years. During the last 4 years I acted as the Canadian Director for the Newborough Teaching College. I remarried Tommy Boyce moving me to Nashville. Tommy and his music partner Bobby Hart are best known for creating the sound of the Monkees. Their success extended beyond the Monkees as both song writers independent of the other and as recording/performing artists "Boyce & Hart". Upon Tommy's death in 1994 I attended Belmont University to learn all aspects of the music industry. I formed Magic Dolphin Music, Inc in 1995 as the result of copyrights reverting to me as widow of Tommy Boyce. My passion to share my experience led me to assist indie songwriters and artists. I have guest lectured at Belmont University and MTSU in Nashville and have functioned in almost every aspect of the industry including, copyright research, promoting songs, negotiate and draft license agreements for use in film, tv, video, cd compilations and duplication, and songwriter/artist management, recording, video production, promotional design for various media product. I am the Administrator obo Keith Allison's music catalog (of Paul Revere & The Raiders and host of Dave Clark's "Where the Action Is"). I have also applied my skills outside the music industry with ongoing work with the rock opera "FIX: What’s Your Monkey" creating their promo materials, playbill and acting advisor. Over my 25 yr career I enjoyed organizing and hosting events and board meetings. I applied my creative and organization skills as assistant to a property realtor by designing all her promo material, open house flyers, website, blog, as well as, coordinated the legal documents between agent, buyer, seller, broker, and title companies.
